Ed Callaway - Director of Sales

Ed is a devout family man with two little girls - born the same day, a year apart!
In other words, he has great timing! With his dynamic personality and his devotion to systematic organization and overall excellence - we are proud to have Ed to manage our Outside Sales Team.
GiGi LaVigne - Vice President

Our Official Matriarch! GiGi is our backbone and strength and contributes in every area
of our business (and home). Given the title of "Fastest Trophy Maker in the City" at a
vendor's Open House one year, she handles the production of all of our traditional trophies.
In addition, she does some bookkeeping, vendor contacts, setting up new accounts and
so much more. She is also the force behind many "creative" products and services we offer,
such as Gift Wrapping and our popular Hot Cocoa Cones! (That's my Mama!)
Brian Gilson - Webmaster & Sales Assistant

That Good Looking, Tall, Young Man in the center (yes, that's my baby!) is my Pride and Joy and not only brings entertainment to the office (as only someone his generation could), but he also has really jumped in learning the business side of the trade. While in his Senior year of high school, he has decided to "come join us" in the everyday tasks of our operation.
He handles the "behind the scenes" paperwork for the Sales Department, preparing Purchase Orders, contacting vendors, keeping the database current and more, as well as helping me update and improve our website.
Lori Gilson - President

That's me... what do I say. Here to serve the Customer and make sure we put out the highest quality products. Currently I handle all design, engraving and graphic art work. I have been blessed with a creative ability and I use it to provide my customers something unique, personal and fitting for any occasion or event. I am amazed everyday at the wonderful customers we have and how this business has grown in such a short time. I am so appreciative of the Customer Referrals we receive and it reinforces my desire that "we must be doing something right".
Win Thomas - Production Manager / Sales

Win joined our staff as a Salesman, but generously offered to "help out" during our busy season. Even though Win still does sales, what we found is that he really "got it". Production tasks came very easy for him and he understood what I wanted / what we needed without me having to go into great detail and today he has become my "right hand man". I can rest assured that the job will be handled with the same care and attention to detail, as if I was doing it myself. By allowing me more time to focus on the Customers, he has become an invaluable asset. In addition, Win is the Ultimate Neat Freak and has transformed our stock rooms, production rooms and offices into very pleasant and efficient work areas.

We are family - some by blood, some by heart - but we all invite you to visit us at our store.
You'll find a comfortable, no pressure atmosphere where you'll feel "among friends"!
